Two Percent Health's Mission 

1) To support members who pledge up to 2% of each day (30 minutes) for personalized health goals which translate into positive brain and physical health.


2) To provide a " Digital Health Marketplace"  of available brain health services, smart phone apps, education, and evolving research in brain/mental health.


Two Percent Health's Vision

The mission of 2 Percent Health is to provide an evolving one-stop-shop - a "Digital Health Marketplace"- of evidence-based actions for personalized use by members as they adopt physical and brain health goals of 2% or 2-30 minutes/day. (Two percent of each day is roughly 30 minutes.)

Why 30 minutes matter

 Two percent of each day is about 30 minutes a day (28.8 minutes to be exact). There are three steps to becoming involved (which can happen today, right now, or when you are ready.) 

Pledging thirty (30) minutes/day creates the foundation for building the best brain health. Your new "placeholder" for brain health are then filled with an ever evolving list of proven activities personalized for you. 


Access to evidence-based (proven) activities from our focus areas support your  30-minute/day pledge.


We propose a NEW category (30 minutes daily) of brain/mental health treatment.  


We turn your positive health goals into good habits (30 minutes/day forever.)

"Health Goals" (such as "losing 10 lbs.) typically are short-lived.  Our gold standard is maintaining your 30-minute pledge so your goals are sustained over time.

For Example

Bill is a 47 year old with diabetes, high blood pressure and a stressful job. At his last visit to his doctor, he agreed to begin exercise (walking) and try to lose weight (which will help his diabetes). 

He joins 2% Health; here is an example week of activities (each 30 minutes long): 

Sat/Sun: take a 30 min walk 

Mon/Wed:   Due to high stress, he follows a Mindfulness lesson. 

Tue/Thu: He learns beginning yoga for strength.

Fri: Search online for low fat meals.
