Lindsey Hoggle has a B.S. in Food and Nutrition, a M.S. in Exercise Science, a PMP (Project Manager Professional) Certification, and is a Fellow of AMIA (leading professional home and organization of informatics professionals).
Lindsey Hoggle has worked in health care in a variety of settings for over 4 decades, more recently focusing efforts to improve health care through the development of health IT regulations, standards, and policy for US health IT adoption in the United States.
Notable accomplishments include creating the first nutrition informatics education training (AMIA 10x10) and teaching it over the course of 7 years. She has presented at industry events, blogged, and published in professional journals over the course of her 40-year career. She received the Young Dietitians Award for South Carolina, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Clinical Center Directors Award, and 2020 HL7 Volunteer of the Year Award.

Originally from Croatia, Dr. Gill came to the United States to pursue research on brain function. Obtaining PhD's in Neuroscience and Psychology influenced his subsequent training in Psychiatry and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. He has a profound belief in connection between human experience and especially early development on brain development and symptom formation. He has taught extensively on the topic of Neuroscience of Psychotherapy in Washington DC and has served as Medical Director of multiple hospitals in the area.
He has worked with patients from 13 to the end of life in such varied settings as special education school programs, group homes for developmentally disabled, assisted living facilities and nursing homes. He has also seen and treated over 12,000 inpatient admissions in hospital settings and in greatest distress and moments of crisis.
His approach is tailored to a particular condition diagnosed and in mutual agreement on treatment plan with the patient. In his philosophy of life, "experience of life is a journey that we take only once and it is my task to help you answer the question "who am I" and how to embrace and accept yourself and find love and joy in the journey ahead."
Co-founder, Rajit Mandapati has twenty years of technology expertise including design, development and leadership of IT applications He has worked in public and private sectors and with multiple off-shore teams. Rajit has a Masters Degree in Information Systems from George Mason University, is a certified PMP and is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP). He loves analyzing and solving technical challenges and hands-on programming. Rajit is passionate about building intuitive solutions and automating processes for health.
Rajit and Lindsey became co-founders during founder work at Y Combinators. Navigating the first rough prototype was a powerful glimpse into the dedication to this work. Rajit politely stepped in and demonstrated his expertise and professionalism where most needed-in the technical build and design. The next step in this journey is to raise funds and complete the full product so that additional focus areas can be utilized.
